A launcher is just a little program you can call up to type in whatever command or thing you want to do. Some of them are slick and fast with lots of useful stuff. Some of them aren’t…
Here are 6 that you might want to look into:
6. Colibri

This one is still in a betaish phase. It’s new and interesting, but not the best. In fact most of the stuff it says it can do it really can’t. However it could be a contender in the near future. It’s one to keep an eye on.
5. Launchy

Definitely one of the best looking and slickest looking launcher out right now. Even the website makes you feel like your doing something productive. There’s a new meta tag anyone can use for the googlebot, it’s "unavailable_after". Use this to time out old posts in your blog so they don’t appear on Google. I guess it’d be useful for blog posts that expire like contests. There’s not too much talk about it yet appearently, and Google is going to implement it some time in the future.
For more info about meta tags, check out the wikipedia page on it. They’re pretty useful things for blogs. I found this tip from blog.surfsites.info, a site I stumbledupon.

Yes the Wii does exist after all. In fact, I now own two due to a trick of fate. I’m going to be putting the other one up on Ebay eventually, does anyone want to buy it? I’ll sell it for $300!
I’ve been playing Zelda: Twilight Princess far too much, hopefully I won’t get a case of Wiiitis.
My Wii friend code:

But seriously, does anyone want to buy a Wii?

Everyone knows willitblend.com right? Well they just blended a brand new Iphone, and are selling it on Ebay! It looks like they’re including a blender to however, I guess that’s why the bids are $1k+!
